How to Make Pumpkin Halwa

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add grated pumpkin. Cook on medium heat until it softens and the raw smell goes away (about 10 minutes).

  3. Stir in sugar and cook until it melts and blends well with the pumpkin.
