How to Make Pumpkin Halwa
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add grated pumpkin. Cook on medium heat until it softens and the raw smell goes away (about 10 minutes).
- Add milk and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and the pumpkin is completely cooked.
- Stir in sugar and cook until it melts and blends well with the pumpkin.
